Good invoicing tool. It is the most intuitive and easy-to-use among the online invoices we’ve reviewed. It does not, however, include the more advanced functionalities which the others have – time tracking, online viewing, expense to invoice conversion, multi-user support, etc. But what makes Zoho Invoice special is that it is a part of the Zoho Application Suite. It includes Zoho Collaboration, Business, CRM, Planner, and practically any digital tool that makes a Virtual Assistant’s life highly organized! And yes, it operates on a FREEmium model – excellent for start up Virtual Assistants or Freelancers. So if you have basic invoicing needs and at the same time you want to take advantage of the Zoho Suite of applications, then this is the best option for you.

  1. BRANDING| You can easily customize your invoices and online systems. Simply upload your logo and choose your color scheme.   3. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY| Zoho Invoice streamlines the most common aspects of your invoicing process. Zoho supports auto recurring invoices, auto payment reminders, late fees estimation, and a host of other functionalities which simply makes you more operationally efficient.   4. PRICING| Zoho Invoice (paid version) is the cheapest among those we’ve evaluated. At a mere $8 you can send up to 25 invoices.
