Zoho supports online payment and pdf attachments. Once you generate & send an invoice, your Client will receive an email, providing them with a link where they can pay online. They can also download their invoice in pdf format. File is attached in the email notification.
Pay Online
At a click of a button, your Clients can instantly pay you online. Payment gateway includes PayPal/ GoogleCheckOut/ AuthorizeNet. To enable online payment function, all you need to do is to provide your PayPal email and your Pay Online button will immediately be activated.
As can be noted above, Zoho Invoice lacks some of the cool features that comes with having an online view. The pdf is just a static document that doesn’t allow you to print, accept estimates, or dispute invoices online. As a result, Zoho ranks the lowest in Client Experience, amongst those reviewed. But if your Clients are very traditional and would rather read their invoices off their pdf’s and not online, then Zoho may still work for you.
